PEAT CHIMNEY

Peat Chimney is a small batch, hand-crafted Scotch whisky that captures the allure of smoke in a balanced expression rich in smoky maritime and citrus notes.

The Profile

Aromas of heather smoke drift alongside stone fruits and orange zest. On the palate, warm peat puffs over rich espresso and muscovado sugar. To finish, flinty minerality sizzles out to a soft, sweet finale.

Signature Serves

Enjoy Peat Chimney neat, on the rocks, served crisp and invigorating. Highball with soda water and mint sprig garnish, or a smoky take on an Old Fashioned or Penicillin.

SPICE KING

Spice King is a small batch, hand-crafted Scotch whisky expression, intriguing and beautifully complex with spice and subtle smoke, maritime and citrus notes.

The Profile

On the nose, rich with spiced orange and lively blossom. On the palate, deep ginger syrup with a blast of salty sea spray, pepper and aromatic spice. The finish lingers with warm smoke and tingling black pepper.

Signature Serves

Enjoy Spice King neat, on the rocks, served bold and refreshing in a Highball with ginger ale and zesty orange wedge garnish, in a beautifully complex Old Fashioned or an enticing new take on a Sazerac.

Nectar Grove is an exclusive Limited Edition small batch, hand-crafted Scotch whisky with a beautifully succulent character. A blend of fine single malts has been filled into hand-selected ex-Madeira wine casks to marry with the oak for a rich, warm finish.

Notes

Nose Aromas of sun-baked peaches, dried apricot and succulent nectarines.

Palate Orange oil, sumptuous rich vanilla and caramelised sugar.

Finish A warm finish of complex spices, toasted saffron and crystallised ginger.

 

A MOMENT SAVORED - Glenallachie

Hailing from the GlenAllachie distillery, this single malt started its existence in 2007 and after distillation, was filled into a single refill butt to mature. 14 years later, that cask was opened up by the gang at Wemyss Malts, independently releasing a total of 785 bottles.


Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Sugared citrus peels, creamy vanilla, and zesty honey lead the way, with nutty chocolate in tow.

Palate Honeyed sultanas and juicy pear combine with layers of vanilla fudge, roasted nuts, and oily malt, while oaken spices develop in the depths.

Finish Grassy barley nestles beneath complex layers of spiced fruit, with more nutty oak cradling notes of coffee and cacao.

BOUGH TO THE BREEZE - Glen Spey - 27 YO

A grand old single malt from Glen Spey, independently bottled by Wemyss Malts. Distilled in 1994, it spent the next 27 years resting up in a single hogshead, which was finally opened up to yield a total of 221 bottles.


Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose
 Delicate notes of meadow blossom and floral barley, with herbal honey, creamy vanilla, and soft stone fruits.

Palate Jammy apricot and zesty orange peels tangle, with buttery pastry and toasted oak in tow. The floral malt continues, with a kick of green apple softened by creamy milk chocolate.

Finish A pinch of nutmeg and candied ginger see things off, with dark salted chocolate in the distance.

AFTER DERBY DAY - 29 YO 1993

This single malt Scotch was distilled at Allt-á-Bhainne back in 1993 and treated to a nice long stay in a single hogshead. After 29 years, the cask was opened by the gang at indie bottler Wemyss Malts, to release a total of 275 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose
 Toasted coconut and vanilla sponge cake balance zesty marmalade and vegetal malt.

Palate Rich, oaken caramel with a touch of grassy barley is followed by tangy citrus peels and zesty fruit sorbet.

Finish Creamy chocolate wraps things up, with syrupy ginger cake, earthen vanilla pod, and a prickle of pepper.
