Our basement flooding prevention subsidies make it easier & more affordable to make home improvements that can help reduce the risk of flooding. Our subsidy program includes:

• Downspout disconnection

• Weeping tile disconnection & sump pump installation

• Backwater valve installation

• Sewer lateral (pipe) lining and repair
