Company bio:
Whether you’re looking to protect your office staff or customers, our mask dispensing machine is a vital part of your organization’s “new normal”. We provide the only patented technology in North America that offers completely contact-free mask dispensing machines; providing individually pre-packaged sealed masks with zero contact. Our masks are proudly Canadian 3-ply ASTM certified. We can install the machine at any organization, manage the masks replenishment, and fully maintain the machine on a regular basis. We use remote monitoring technologies to ensure the machine is replenished and constantly operational.

Partnering with Food banks Canada we have a designated fundraising campaign that’s part of the special appeal in response to the pandemic. This is an ongoing donation from our end, it’s not time bound, and will be done every month, for every machine we install at any organization.

Be part of the solution, join the Be Safe Vend revolution.

Oakville Dads helping in our community

Oakville Dads helping in our community

The Oakville Dads Group started devoting the majority of their fundraising efforts to our Oakville Fareshare Foodbank in 2019.

In early 2019 we had created some tshirts, masks and hats. Through those purchases from our members and families we were able to raise $500 for the foodbank.

In the summer of 2019 we started by having an online ticket auction for prizes donated by our members. We were thrilled to be able to generate $3500 for the foodbank. We had prizes of sweaters, hats, storage space, beer, gift cards, cutting boards, oil changes and much more.

In early 2020, we were forced to experience something none of us had ever experienced before, a global pandemic. Covid 19 impacted the world in so many ways, from shutting down full seasons of professional sports, world championships, the Olympics, as well as a global economic impact that will be felt for decades.

These unprecedented times forced many businesses to close and many more to lose their jobs. The foodbank had spikes in need of up to 90% more than their typical volume.

We’re proud to say that our Oakville Dads Community stepped up and answered the call and started another initiative, spearheaded by one of our fearless leaders Jamie Dennison. Our group handed out brown shopping bags and lists to customers at the Oakville Superstore, which in turn collected an estimated amount of $30,000 worth of food to be distributed to families in need in our local region.

In conjunction with the Superstore project, we launched an online auction with over 35 prizes, that our members bid on – generating over $5000 in cash. We presented the Foodbank a cheque for $5060 to help families in need keep food on the table.

Oakville Dads Group is making positive change and a better community to live in.
